OUTBOUND TELESALES CONSULTANT (1x POSITION)

Location:
Melbourne, VIC (Nunawading)

Salary:
$50K – $65K per year, depending on experience

Job Description:
We are a fast growing removals company looking to expand our team. We are looking for a well presented sales representative that is self-motivated, has the ability to work autonomously, is experienced in the industry (preferred) and is hungry to achieve sales targets.

Experience in the moving industry is advantageous but not essential.

About the Role
This position reports to the Sales Manager and will be based out of our main office in Nunawading. You will be charged with the position of converting very warm customers into bookings.

Responsibilities include:

  • Selling removals, packing and storage services to clients
  • Answering initial web enquiries, only from customers who have already signalled their interest in moving home
  • Entering client details into our custom customer management system in an efficient manner
  • Following-up with clients to provide a quotation, inform them of best options and procedures, and ultimately book their move and/or ascertain their storage requirements.

Skills and Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Enjoy meeting and exceeding sales targets and then being rewarded for your efforts
  • Proven strong sales background in closing sales over the phone
  • Ability to stay positive and focused in a very busy environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and autonomously
  • Good data entry skills.

We are a fast growing removals company looking to expand our team. We are currently seeking removalist drivers/offsiders who own a current drivers licence and are qualified to drive trucks with both automatic and manual transmission gearboxes. A strong work ethic is also required.
