Office moves are charged by time, with the truck and crew matched to the size of the office. Our removalist prices page lists each truck with the number of staff it suits: a 20 cubic metre truck with two removalists at $75 per half hour for an office of seven to nine people, a 40 cubic metre truck at $85 per half hour for thirteen to fifteen, and a 70 cubic metre truck at $110 per half hour for twenty or more.
Our Melbourne office removalists work around the clock, so the move can run overnight or across a weekend and so the office can open as usual on Monday.

Workstations are dismantled, wrapped and put back together at the new address in the layout you give us. Screens, computers, phones and the cables behind them are unplugged, bagged and labelled to their desk, so they come out of the crate and go straight back where they were. Filing cabinets are emptied into sealed crates in order. Fridges, whiteboards, plants and the boardroom table all go on the same truck.
Office moves are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including nights and weekends, so the truck can arrive after the last person leaves on Friday and be gone before the first person arrives on Monday. In the days before, we pack what the business is not using: archive boxes, spare stock, the meeting room, the storeroom. Phones and computers are the last thing packed and the first thing set down. A business moving one team at a time can do it floor by floor over several nights.
If the new fit-out is not finished when the lease ends, the furniture and crates go into our storage facility, climate-controlled and under 24-hour surveillance, and come out the week the builders leave. Offices moving to Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide or Brisbane go on a dedicated truck with the delivery day set before loading.

We unplug, bag and label every workstation and set it down at its labelled desk in the new office. Reconnecting to your network is best done by your own IT people, and we time the move so they can start as soon as the desks are in.
Yes. If the new fit-out is not ready when the old lease ends, the furniture and crates go into storage and come out when the builders are done. Short and long term options are both available.
