Careful Hands Movers would be Great
Based on the reviews I though careful hands movers would be great. In short they weren’t. With agreement from the removalists, I left ahead of them arriving. They arrived late on the day, and were uncommunicative when I asked when they would be arriving as I had cleaners coming after them. They knew the cleaners were coming. I had to contact them for them to tell me that they had collected the items. On the day of delivery – there was a truck issue. Originally they were going to be 3 hours late. When it got close to that time, I called them for them to tell me again that they were going to be further delayed. This happened twice more. Instead of arriving at midday, they arrived at 10pm at night. When storing/unloading my furniture they did not use a drop sheet which resulted in my bed head, bookshelf, fridge all being scratched and marked with rust from the truck. I’ve used many removalists before, but not interstate, and this service was by far the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Hamish, Peter, Sam and Row were efficient, careful and a pleasure to deal with, as well as rising to the challenge with handling and maneuvering an unusually heavy and large table. Rene at HQ was also a pleasure and very responsive to deal with. Highly recommended!
Guys were Very Good and Hardworking
Except for a hiccup at the start with my move postponed because of lack of staff in Melbourne shutdown, they came to the party and moved me 2 days later. Guys were very good and hardworking. Packed the trucks very well, Tetris style! Would recommend.
